What is mobility?

Mobility is the ability to move your body through certain ranges of movement, naturally, unhindered by any sort of tightness caused by sedentary lifestyles or the typical 9-5 job.

How long do I need to do mobility work?

With anything, if you don't use it then you're likely going to lose it after a period of time. There are always going to be areas where you have restrictions or tightness and that's okay. The great thing about doing mobility exercises is that there are endless to choose from and I will provide YOU with the ones to best suit your lifestyle!
